Refer a friend, former colleague, or family member with the right skills to join our team. We are continuously seeking skilled professionals across a wide range of fields, including both IT and non-IT roles. Our areas of interest include Information Technology, Engineering, Scientific & Clinical, Professional & Managerial, Legal, Human Resources, Marketing & Creative, Call Centers, and more.

Successfully referring a candidate can earn you a one-time bonus of $250. Refer to the Ark Infotech Spectrum policy below for more details.

Referral Bonus Policy*

Ark Infotech Spectrum offers a referral bonus to employees who refer candidates hired by Ark Infotech Spectrum or its clients, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must not have been in contact with a Ark Infotech Spectrum recruiter for at least 3 months.
  • Employment Duration: The referred candidate must complete 90 days on billing before the referral bonus is awarded to the referring consultant.

Ark Infotech Spectrum reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue this policy at any time.

Please Note: The referral bonus is currently applicable only for candidates and referrers within the North America region. However, feel free to refer anyone who is looking for a job, as we are always on the lookout for talented professionals.
