What we do

Ark Infotech Spectrum Internship Program

Every year Ark Infotech Spectrum scouts for the brightest of minds for the Ark Infotech Spectrum Internship Program to help grow and develop young talent. We provide hands-on training and guidance in the student’s respective academic fields. For current high school students, we consult with the corresponding counselors to maximize the internship benefits through credits, letters of recommendation, certifications, and project experience. We also provide paid internships on a case to case basis, which includes standard benefits and flexibility between part-time and full-time internships. Ark Infotech Spectrum Interns have been accepted to several Ivy League schools and graduates have received career placements as a result of the experience gained at Ark Infotech Spectrum

Benefits

As mentioned previously, paid internships are awarded to select individuals who have demonstrated academic excellence and are able to demonstrate their skills in active projects. All internships are awarded the following 4 areas purely based on performance and internship outcome:

Letter of Recommendation

Interns receive a personalized recommendation letter highlighting their performance, skills, and achievements, to support higher education, job applications, and future career opportunities.

Resume Referral

Interns can showcase their supervisor’s professional referral and contact information on their resume, once permission is granted, to strengthen credibility and job prospects.

Industry Related Certification

Interns get the chance to enroll in industry-approved certification programs that enhance their technical knowledge, practical skills, and career readiness in their chosen field.

Job Placement

Eligible interns may receive full-time placement opportunities based on performance, dedication, and recommendation from their internship mentor or project supervisor.
